Primary measureTime (seconds)
CategoryAgility & COD
FormatCAMERA_TIMING
Pacing audioManual / Camera

Standardized testing protocol

Athlete starts prone (face down). On start signal, athlete jumps up, accelerates forward 10m, turns around outer cone, slaloms through 4 central cones up and down, turns around second outer cone, and sprints 10m across finish line. Total distance approx 60m.

Required field equipment

8 cones (4 outer corner cones for 10m × 5m course, 4 central cones in line), measuring tape, camera or stopwatch timing

Calculation formula & scoring

Time4Test automates this equation directly during the session:

Total completion time in seconds (e.g. 17.82s). Lower time indicates superior agility.
