Terms of Service
By downloading, accessing, or using Time4Test, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. Please review our service scope, safety guidelines, and subscription policies.
Physical fitness tests (such as VAMEVAL, Beep Test, Yo-Yo, Cooper, and Agility tests) involve intense maximal physical exertion and cardiovascular stress. Time4Test is strictly an athletic timing and performance tracking tool, NOT a medical or diagnostic service. Always consult a licensed medical professional before conducting or participating in maximal athletic testing. You and your athletes participate entirely at your own risk.
Scope of the Service
Time4Test provides standardized performance testing protocols, timing tools, interval audio beepers, and data export solutions:
- Coach Mode: Designed for coaches, sports scientists, and trainers to manage squads, batch-test multiple athletes, record historical data, and generate team PDF and Excel reports.
- Athlete Mode / Athlete Pro: Tailored for individual athletes to assess physical fitness, record personal bests, and export custom scorecards for social media sharing.
- Computer Vision & Camera Timing: Assistive AI motion tracking (using Google ML Kit) to time agility protocols and jump metrics via your smartphone camera.
User Accounts & Data Responsibility
You may use Time4Test locally as a guest, or create an account via email or Google Sign-In to enable secure multi-device cloud synchronization:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Coaches are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from players (or parents/guardians in the case of minors) before inputting player names and physical statistics.
- You can permanently delete your account and all associated cloud rosters at any time via Profile & Settings → Delete Account or through our Account Deletion Page.
Accuracy & Testing Conditions
While Time4Test utilizes high-precision audio countdown algorithms and validated sports science formulas:
- Results can be affected by device hardware, GPS or audio latency, cone placement accuracy, runner pacing, and environmental factors.
- For camera-timed agility tests, accuracy depends on tripod stability, camera height, adequate lighting, and clear line markings.
- Time4Test calculations are provided for athletic evaluation purposes and do not substitute official certified laboratory or electronic timing gate homologation.
Subscriptions, Payments & Free Tiers
Time4Test offers a free tier with core testing features, as well as premium subscription tiers (Athlete Pro and Coach Pro) unlocking advanced camera timing, unlimited roster management, and cloud backup:
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed and billed directly through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account via RevenueCat.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Management & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your device's App Store / Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
User Content & Social Sharing
Time4Test enables you to export athletic scorecards in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9) and attach personal background photos:
- You retain full ownership of any photos or media you import for scorecard backgrounds.
- You agree not to generate or share scorecards containing unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
